Today’s the students big day (Again)! The 2nd day of competition has arrived and students are eager to compete with their peers in order to determine who has created the superior vehicles and developed the most creative performances of this week. Just like last week’s competition, students have built vehicles for competition and developed skits & presentations for the judges to view. The primary goal of these various competitions is to display the various skills that the students have developed as they’ve been participating within this program. They go to one of three areas to which three classes compete against one another with either their vehicles, skits, presentations, etc.
One of the three competitions is the “Toy Competition”, an event in which students test the performance of the vehicles they spent all week building. Another competition is “Oral Presentation”, an event that allows students to perform skits and give presentations that displays their knowledge of what they’ve learned during the past week. The third and final event is “Artistic Design”, an event in which students display their beautiful and well created presentations, while they simultaneously display their public speaking skills, teamwork and provide judges with an explanation behind their creations.
Once you've seen the amount of effort the students have put into their work and performances, you'd understand why they're putting in every last ounce of effort to win.
