Over at Houston Elementary school, it's another day of summer camp! Today, the students were able to put together a robot made of Lego's along with the help of their peers and mentors. They got to take turns assembling the robot and found entertainment in working together as a team. One of the mentors of the robotics activity session said, "This program impacts students' critical thinking skills while being able to create and design using science and technology. Students gain a sense of accountability and responsibility as they have fun." Programs like these help our students succeed and broaden their knowledge in real world situations.
